Bernard MacLaverty Wins Bord Gáis Novel of the Year Award
RCW is thrilled that Midwinter Break by Bernard MacLaverty has won Novel of the Year in the Bord Gáis Energy Irish Book Awards 2017.
The awards, which were set up in 2007, aim to celebrate the extraordinary quality of Irish writing, to help bring the best books to a wider readership annually, and to promote an industry under severe competitive pressures.
