Elizabeth Elgin

Novelist

Elizabeth Elgin (1920 - 2005) was an historical novelist who served in the WRNS during the Second World War, where she met her husband onboard a submarine depot ship. A keen gardener, she had two daughters, five grandsons and a great-granddaughter. She lived in a village in the Vale of York until her death in 2005.
