Alice Oseman, A.F. Steadman & Julia Armfield shortlisted for Books Are My Bag Reader Awards 2022
The Books Are My Bag Reader Awards shortlists have been revealed and featured are Alice Oseman, A.F. Steadman and Julia Armfield. Alice Oseman, creator of the Heartstopper series (Hachette), is shortlisted for the Breakthrough Author of the Year Award; A.F. Steadman, author of Skandar and the Unicorn Thief (Simon & Schuster), is shortlisted for the Children's Fiction Award; and Julia Armfield, author of Our Wives Under the Sea (Picador), is shortlisted for the Fiction Award.
The winners will be announced on 8th November at an awards ceremony at Foyles on Charing Cross Road, hosted by Radzi Chinyanganya. Author and journalist Anna James will be providing behind-the-scenes content on the night from her social media channels.
