Helen Barrett

Biography

Helen Barrett is a writer specialising in popular culture and modern life. Her interviews, features and reviews appear in the New York Times, the Financial Times, the Telegraph and the Spectator and other publications. She was formerly a staff journalist at the Financial Times in London where she edited the House & Home section among other roles. She grew up with Beatles-obsessed parents in Chester and north Wales in the 1970s and 1980s. She lives in London.
