India Knight

India Knight was born in Brussels in 1965. She writes a weekly column for The Sunday Times and a weekly beauty column in The Sunday Times Style style section. She is the bestselling author of four novels, My Life on a Plate, Don’t You Want Me?, Comfort and Joy and Mutton. Her non-fiction books include The Shops, the bestselling diet book Neris and India’s Idiot-Proof Diet, The Thrift Book, In Your Prime and, most recently, the Goodness of Dogs. She is published by Penguin Books in the UK and her books have been translated into many languages. She lives in Suffolk with her family and dogs.
